Are you a Carer?
There’s a new carers group at Clynfyw farm. It would be helpful if as many unpaid carers as possible filled our survey in, so the team can gauge interest, best times, best days etc. They are starting simple with a cuppa and biscuits, and a safe place for you to come and chat to other carers.
