This Survey is about Digital Exclusion and inclusion in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, and Pembrokeshire. It is being carried out by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Hywel Dda University Health Board on behalf of the Welsh Government.
It will ask about:
- Your internet access.
- The devices you use.
- Your confidence in using online services (e.g., NHS Wales)
Taking part is voluntary. You can stop at any time. Your answers are confidential and will not affect your care, benefits, or the services you receive.
This survey can be completed in English or Welsh – please select your preferred language during the survey.
The survey closes on 15th February 2026.
There are two key ways you can support the project.
1. Encouraging staff and service users to complete the survey
We would really appreciate your help in promoting the survey within your teams and with the people who use your services. The more responses that are received, the more accurate and representative the findings will be.
Here is the survey link and a PDF printable version. If paper copies are easier for your service users, we can photocopy these and drop them off to your organisation.
