Multi Me is a secure social platform for individuals with disabilities and the circle of people that support them in their daily lives. The platform has a range of accessible tools designed to give people a voice and enable them to have choice and control in their life.
Multi Me provides an accessible and secure social, person-centred toolkit for people of all ages and abilities. The tools are designed to help people have a voice and enable them to have more choice and control in their life through building their online Support Networks with Multi Me.
This platform brings information together in one place and allows you to share this information with those in your wider support network including family, friends and also different professionals who you find you are constantly repeating information to. This can include education, health and other care settings. You can share as little or as much with them as you like with permission tools. We are working together in partnership on a pilot project to help connect learning disability families in Wales with their wider family & professional support networks. The importance of being connected online has always been important for families, but never more so than over the last 2 years. The work with Multi-Me and families has focused on connecting families, professionals and communities on an online platform to work towards greater synergy for all.
