Let Me Be Me Ltd is a community-based service, supplying specialised domiciliary care and support services within the West Wales Regional Partnership Board area (Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion) with a particular focus on Carmarthenshire.
The service can support people aged 18 and over. They specialise in providing care and support (up to 24 hours a day) to adults with complex needs, including complex health needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, behaviours that may be regarded as challenging, people with communication difficulties and / or mental health issues and people who lack capacity under the Mental Capacity Act.

- to maintain their family and personal relationships; and
- to develop their potential including learning and practising relevant life skills.
