Wildflowers is a unique and specialist service offering respite day care for those with dementia and their loved ones and carers, within the client’s own home in Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, and Carmarthenshire.
Wildflowers is a specialist service provided by Claire, a registered nurse with specific community, dementia, and palliative care experience.
Wildflowers reaches out to the person beyond their diagnosis, and builds an effective therapeutic relationship based on respect and the individuality of the person and their loved ones, with an emphasis on developing a connection through creativity, and in being supportive to those in a caring role.
