Cartrefi Cymru is a not-for-profit organisation that supports people in Wales to lead fulfilled lives, at home and in the community. They offer a wide range of services, from half an hour of home care to round-the-clock intensive support.
Cartrefi Cymru mainly support people with disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour, and older people, and provide breaks and support for carers but are flexible in response to local needs. The services provided are often officially referred to as: domiciliary care/housing related support/supported living/short term residential care/day services.
