Age Cymru Dyfed has a pilot project aimed at supporting people over the age of 50 in Pembrokeshire to remain in their own homes.
The free support that can be offered includes assistance with:-

- Applications for benefits
- Income maximisation
- Energy tariffs and grants

- Telecoms and broadband
