Chat and Connect is a friendly group of parent / carers who meet up, chat and have a break.
An opportunity for support / advice and to meet others carers of children and young people with additional needs / disability and or emerging needs.
1st Friday of the month
Meet the Children’s disability health team (CDHT) practitioner/s to chat and
ask any questions.
3rd Friday of the month
Meet Credu Goal Carers for support, advice, and young cares advice.
