The Be Well service provides health and wellbeing courses/sessions for anyone aged 18 and over who lives with or cares for someone with a long-term health condition. The courses/sessions are delivered in a group environment and take place in community settings across Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, and Ceredigion, as well as virtually using Microsoft Teams.
