An arts and health home delivery service for older people across Carmarthenshire who are experiencing loneliness and isolation.
How does it work?
The team take referrals and match the older person with a processional PSU facilitator and artist based on their creative interest: Visual arts, ceramics, creative writing, storytelling, movement, music, singing, poetry.
Who would be visiting?
A professional team of creatives specialise in a variety of art forms, DBS checked and safeguarding compliant.
