Carmarthenshire Carers Information & Support Service, based in Carmarthen, provides information and support to unpaid carers who care for a family member, friend, or neighbour.
They are a preventative service offering a wide range of information to carers on an individualised basis, advising them on their rights and signposting them to other sources of support.
The overall aim is to connect carers with their local community, ensuring that their voice is heard.
