Carers Wales is delighted to be working with the Change Maker Group on a bespoke Rediscover YOU pilot programme, beginning in autumn 2022.
Rediscover your spark, uncover your strengths and explore new possibilities with a group of 15 unpaid carers. The programme will help you set goals and boost your self-esteem.
Rediscover You is a free, nine session programme on Zoom, running from 6th September to 22nd November 2022 with a couple of weeks’ break in the middle to allow for reflection. As this is a small group coaching programme, you will be connecting with a specific group of other carers and looking at developing skills.
Carers Wales are excited to be able to offer this programme to carers in Wales, who may be looking to develop their confidence, return to work after a period of caring or set some future goals. This is an excellent opportunity that has been made possible with the support of Welsh Government funding.
