Cartref Cynnes is in the heart of Johnstown, Carmarthenshire and has 61 purpose built one and two bedroom apartments that assist with independent living.
High-quality apartments and communal areas offer those residing at the scheme the opportunity to live comfortably and safely. Each apartment comes with a fitted kitchen in which a washer-drier is provided, other electrical appliances can be installed by the tenant to reflect their choice. All of the apartments are designed to be adapted to support physical disability and to maximise the independence of people with cognitive impairment.
Individual care and support packages are provided to those who need them by an ‘in house’ domiciliary care and support service run by Carmarthenshire County Council.
