Multiple Sclerosis Society – Seated Tai Chi, Pilates and Chair Exercise

Look after your mind and body with a selection of different seated exercise sessions for you every week led by wonderful MS Society volunteers: 

โฐ Seated Tai Chi:  Every Wednesday from 10:30 – 11:30 am, Online. 

โฐ Seated Pilates: Every Thursday from 11 am – 12 pm, Online.

โฐ Seated Exercise: Every Monday from 11 am – 12 pm, Online.
