The team at 11 Dew Street, Haverfordwest are delighted to announce that from Wednesday, June 5th 2024, a new and innovative programme is beginning at the Bucketful of Hope premises.
Grant provision has been made to enable the employment of a Healthcare Assistant every Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. This will facilitate this pilot project which will last until December 2024.
Carers can book a place at Dew Street for their loved ones to facilitate a well deserved break for themselves knowing that their family members will be looked after in a professional capacity. Patients will help the volunteer trustees in a variety of tasks, take part in activities (e.g. arts & crafts/board games/storytelling/ singing), and have fun in a safe and supportive environment.
