This Keeping Well event is happening at Milford Haven Leisure Centre as part of a joint collaboration between Pembrokeshire County Council’s Social Services Department, Hywel Dda University Health Board and PAVS.
The event is about enabling people in our community to take proactive steps to maintain or improve their health and well-being. The event is open to the general public and staff.
