Cared For engage in a range of craft sessions at Canolfan Hermon, supported by Professional Carers (pottery, memory box, card making and picture collage)
Series of information talks on local advice and support e.g. energy efficiency
Maximum of 6 places at each session.
Lunch of Cawl and Cheese at 12.30 for all involved.
