The Carers Rights Day event is a dedicated day for unpaid carers to learn about their rights, access support, enjoy wellbeing activities, and connect with local services.

What’s On
- Speakers: Presentations from Carers Trust Wales National Office, Dyfed Powys Police (discussing the Herbert Protocol), and the Older People’s Commissioner for Wales.
- Market Place: An exhibition area to meet local services and explore available support from multiple organizations.
- Workshops & Facilitators: Interactive sessions including a Meditation Workshop, Breathwork Workshop, Occupational Therapist Equipment Demo, and a money management session titled “Learn to Thrive, Not Just Survive: Money Matters”.
- Therapies & Spa: Complimentary Indian head massage, foot massage, hand massage, and aromatherapy. Free access to the Jacuzzi & sauna is also available (limited to 20 spaces).
