It others information, guidance and support to know you are not alone.

Session 1: Communication skills, preparing for a meeting, dealing with conflict and being organised

Session 2: Good and Bad money management skills, debt, cost of living and where to get support

Session 3: Identify Benefits such as: DLA / PIP/ Carers Allowance /UC and how to claim

Session 4: Complete a benefits calculator and give examples on how to fill in DLA/ PIP forms

Session 5: Identifying good Mental health using the 5 ways to well being to support yourself and your family
