A learning disability health drop-in service is open every Thursday in Carmarthen, for adults with a learning disability.
You can come and talk to friendly nurses and support workers from the Health Board’s Learning Disability Health Facilitation Team.
They can help you:
• Talk about your health
• Help prepare for your Annual Health Check
• Complete your Health Profile
• Find out about local learning disability services
You do not need an appointment. Just come along!
Where? Living Well Centre, Building 1, Parc Dewi Sant, Jobswell Road, Carmarthen, SA31 3HB.
When? Every Thursday from 12.30pm to 2.30pm.
The team want people to feel happy and supported when they talk about their health. You can come for advice, information, or just a chat. They are here to help.
