This is a short 2.5 hour workshop for unpaid and family carers to help you gain tools and techniques to de-stress and bring more resilience to the pressures of being a carer.
- When? 3rd November 2022 11am-2.30pm OR 7th November 1pm-3.15pm.
- Where? Aberaeron Memorial Hall on the 3rd and Zoom on the 7th.
Often, as you know, a carers role can lead to a lot of pressure and stress being placed upon us. It is intense and there are times when it is hard to find ways and time to assist us in easing back and having the space to breathe, affecting us emotionally, our sleep and our wellbeing amongst other things.
