Gofalwyr Ceredigion Carers support unpaid and family carers over 18 in Ceredigion with:
• 1:1 support
• support groups
• carer specific training
• help for carers to access short breaks and replacement care.
Gofalwyr Ceredigion Carers work with carers on what matters to them and what will really make a difference, because each carer and their circumstances are unique. We do our best to provide this support in whatever way works best for you, whether that be face to face, online, by phone, email or text. The service is free and confidential.
