Free new courses for the community – Threshold DAS Carmarthenshire

Threshold DAS has education projects available for men and women 18 years or older, regardless of their employment status for Carmarthenshire area.  Training is available online self-study or face-to-face in classrooms. The courses are supported by Carmarthenshire County Council.

The No Bars to Employability Project offers accredited training but also offers job search, support in volunteering and opportunities to develop and strengthen new or existing living skills.  

The No Bars to Numeracy Project also provides opportunities for training and support into employment for people and communities in Wales. This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and is open to men and women, aged 18 and over, living in the unitary authority of Carmarthenshire.

The availability of these courses is dependent on demand, funding and eligibility criteria.
